Since the theme is "Aloha, Cub Scouts" in February 2007 you may want to consider using decorations such as palm trees, mats, low tables, leis, Hawaiian music, pineapples, coconuts, volcanoes, tikis, hula skirts, canoes, surfboards, Hawaiian shirts, reefs, corals, fishnets, water/waves, fish, shells, etc.
