Leaders
The greatest reward for serving others is always the satisfaction found in your own heart.

Do you have the will to do, the skill to do or the motivation to help?
Are you interested in working with youth your son's age?  Not too many special
qualifications.  The desire to have fun, to teach the right values,
and yes sometimes act like a 7-10 year old.  Does this sound like you?

YES?  Then you are the leader we are looking for at Jersey Shore!
Any parent willing to help in their Cub Scouting Unit should talk to the leaders in their
pack about signing up today "
to help the pack go".
Leaders are trained for their specific volunteer position and there is constant supplemental training
to keep them up to date on any changes and give them help managing their packs and dens.

Roundtable is a big part of that supplemental training.  You will get administrative tools, program
ideas, district and council announcements, leader enhancements, and much more!

Important Information for the Units!!!  When Jersey Shore Council Units Re-Charter your Unit Leader
must be trained or you will not be able to re-charter.  (That means your Cubmaster, Scoutmaster,
Crew Adviser)  Lenape has more than doubled its training sessions to accommodate unit training.

Every unit should also have a Pack Trainer to help train it's unit leaders and keep the training
records up to date!!!
